GEA mainly provide two types of Training Courses on Elevators namely Technical & Non-Technical . There are about 50 courses available in various technical topics and subjects.

Duration of courses shall depend upon requirement of course or student qualifications , Pace of learning or Previous experience on Elevators etc . However Theory Learning may take between 4 to 20 classes per course + 2 to 4 hours for workshop + Practical Training at sites may take about 1 week to 12 weeks depending upon the student need .

A Certificate shall be available for all the students who complete the course & Pass Test with at-least 85% marks

Theory Classes Shall be conducted Online over Zoom / Google Meet & Frequency of Class can be 1 or 2 Class Per week depending upon availability of student and Trainer . Each Online Class may be between 1 to 2 Hours. Timing of classes shall depend upon availability of trainer & Student . Special classes in early morning or late evening or weekend classes can be organised .

One day Interactive Workshop shall be conducted at Locations New Delhi ,Singapore & KL Malaysia , Duration of Interactive workshop - 4 to 6 Hours depending upon students Need . Normal Timing may be 9.30 Am to 4.00 PM . Date of Interactive Workshop shall be informed after completion of theory class . Normally 3 to 4 workshops are conducted every year . If required for off Line Workshop, Students shall make their own arrangements for Travel, Lodging and Boarding . Tea & Lunch may be provided on the day of workshop .

Practical Training shall be conducted at Elevator Sites as per requirement of course and student Need . Duration of practical training can be between 4 to 30 Hours depending upon course & students Need

Minimum Age 20 years with Good health . must be able to Read , Write, Speak & Under Stand Simple Basic English . Having Technical Aptitude shall be a asset . Some Other Pre Qualifications may be Applicable for higher Level 3 & 4 courses like Graduate Engineer with Min 1 Years Exp in Elevator Industry/DIPLOMA Engineer with Min 2 Years Exp in Elevator Industry/ITI with Min 3 Years Exp in Elevator Industry with good Knowledge of Elevator MECHANICAL & Electrical Installation Process.

While Job Guarantee can not be given for regular Training courses , Our experience shows that many of the students who complete the course & pass the Skill Test after the course with at-least 85% marks get a Job easily . .
